Following is a step by step guide to our process to better prepare you for your journey. Step 1 Make an appointment to discuss the basics and ask questions. This is a good time to discuss your location of choice, floorplan needs, walk homes currently under construction and interview us! The more information you have, the better. Pictures say 1,000 words! Step 2 Decide on a lot or location to build Step 3 After a survey is received, it is time to meet with the architect and look at stock plans already designed or design from scratch. Many times our architectural partners have a base plan that you will like and we can certainly modify. Step 4 Discuss specifications for your home with us so we can appropriately prepare a project estimate. Step 5 Once plans are completed and engineered, we can provide a true cost estimate and prepare for construction. Step 6 Contract with us so we can proceed with the pre-construction phase of building your dream home. There are so many details to be taken care of before construction can commence. A pre-construction meeting will be scheduled prior to construction as well.
